Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

-Orders can take as little to 2 business day and no longer the 9 business days to arrive.  Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.

-Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-2 business days for a tracking confirmation email

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

-Shipping rates can be seen when checking out

-Once order has been placed, please allow 3-6 business days for a tracking confirmation email

-All international shipments will be delivered Duties Unpaid. Any duties and taxes incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer upon arrival in your country.

-Fordorée is not responsible for any VAT or Customs Duty Taxes. Customers are responsible for paying these fees associated with their shipment.

-Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable for packages that are refused or returned. If your merchandise or package is returned due to refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs, or duties charges, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Any remaining amount after these costs will be issued as store credit.

-By purchasing from Fordorée You acknowledge that you may need to pay duties to import products into your destination country.

LOST PACKAGES:

-Once the package has left our facility from Huntington Beach, CA, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

-We are not able to refund or replace the order until our investigation is complete.

-Open a claim with the shipping company for any lost or stolen packages.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

-Must receive a cancellation email within 24 hours of purchase to contact@fordoree.com

-If 24 hours have passed, we are not able to cancel the order.
